For customers who have paid in advance, refunds can be processed if you notify us some hours before the tour starts. Cancellations made close to the tour departure time we can also assist in rescheduling your tour date to fit your schedule. Please note that no-shows may incur a charge.
Here’s a summary of our cancellation and refund policies:
- Cancellation without Fees: We encourage you to inform us of any changes to your plans
- Full Refund: For customers who have paid in advance, notifying us 6 hours before the start of the tour will ensure a full refund.
- Store Credit and Rescheduling: For cancellations made close to the tour departure time by those who paid in advance, we can offer store credit for future tours and assist in rescheduling your tour.
- For bookings with the number of guests from 10 or tours that requires customization, we might require payment prior to the start of the tour due to the amount of preparation we need to do before the tour. For those bookings, last-minute cancellation might be charged cases by cases.
