Motorbike Tours & Booking
Why does the company has the name KissTour?
1KissTour, formerly Saigon Kiss Tours, has rebranded while staying true to its essence. The name “Saigon Kiss” playfully refers to a burn on the thigh from a hot motorbike exhaust – a mark that our founder proudly carries. Many Vietnamese people have a “Kiss” too! This story connects us to many Vietnamese who share the same experience. Why is your team an all lady drivers team? Do you have boy drivers?
2Our team is an all-lady drivers’ team as part of our commitment to empowering local women and providing them with sustainable job opportunities. Currently, we do not have male drivers. If there are any guests that weigh more than 100 kgs or 220 pounds, we will arrange suitable drivers for them. We’ve been hosting a lot of heavy and tall guests and we know how it goes. Can we kiss your lady drivers?
100As part of ensuring a comfortable and respectful working environment for our team and clients, we request that guests refrain from inappropriate physical contact with our tour guides. To maintain this commitment, we retain the right to refuse any booking requests if we suspect any intentions that are inconsistent with our mission and values. Before the tour starts, male guests are instructed to put their hands on the back of the scooters for a smooth ride. What sets KissTour apart from other motorbike tours in Ho Chi Minh City?
4It’s our commitment to providing you with a seamless and enlightening experience through our meticulously recruited and well-trained tour guides. We are professionals experienced in guiding and driving, ensuring your safety while imbuing your journey with real insights about the city.We take great pride in our lady tour guides who are fluent English speakers, not just learning the language. 6Yes, our tours are conducted in all seasons. If it rains or the weather turns, we take necessary measures to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. Our guides always prepare rain ponchos for all guests in case of rain and we often drive slowly in this case.Rain in Saigon is often unpredictable, often surprising us with sudden downpours that vanish as swiftly as they arrived. This short-lived, unexpected rain lends an enchanting allure to our tours. As it cascades down, it cleanses the city, leaving behind a sparkling tableau that is sure to captivate. Armed with rain ponchos and a spirit of adventure, exploring the glistening, rain-kissed streets of Saigon becomes an unsurpassed experience. Thus, what may seem a disruption, adds an unexpected charm to your journey, making your tour intriguing and uniquely memorable. Just because there is a little rain, we suggest you not to waste a morning, afternoon or evening just staying inside the hotel. Come with us and have some fun with Saigon rain. Are our belongings safe during the tour?
7We want you to enjoy your tour without any worries. So, we suggest you don’t wear expensive jewelry or anything that shines too much. It’s safer and you can relax more. Big cameras can be hard to carry around, especially in the rain. They can also slow us down during the tour. So, if you want to take pictures, it might be easier to use a small camera or your phone instead. That way, you can focus on having fun and seeing the sights.
Are the tours beginner-friendly?
8Yes, our tours are beginner-friendly and most of our guests are the first time on motorbikes when they come to us. No previous riding experience is needed. Airport Fast Track
What is the KissTour airport fast track service?
Fast track is a priority immigration service at Vietnamese airports. Our staff waits at the aircraft exit — before the immigration counter — holding a sign with your name, then escorts you through the fast track immigration counter with your documents pre-checked. Most guests clear immigration in 5–15 minutes instead of 30–90 minutes at peak hours.
Which airports do you cover?
All major international gateways in Vietnam: Tan Son Nhat (SGN, Ho Chi Minh City), Noi Bai (HAN, Hanoi), Da Nang (DAD), and Phu Quoc (PQC).
How much does fast track cost?
Pricing is per passport (per person), not per group. Arrival: Standard $30 USD, VIP $45 USD, VVIP $60 USD per person (Phu Quoc slightly higher). Departure: Standard $45 USD, VIP $55 USD, VVIP $75 USD. VVIP includes a private car to or from your hotel; traveling alone on VVIP is $70 USD arrival / $80 USD departure. Children under 11 pay 75% of the adult price, and night flights (8pm–6am) add $8 USD per person. Book arrival + departure together and the departure leg is 10% off — message us on WhatsApp for an exact quote for your flights.
Is airport fast track legal in Vietnam?
Yes, 100%. The service operates through officially authorized partnerships with Vietnamese airport authorities. Your documents go through the exact same immigration checkpoints — you simply use a dedicated priority lane with staff assistance.
Do I completely skip the immigration line?
No service can let you skip immigration entirely. Fast track is a priority lane with pre-checked documents, which cuts the actual processing to about 5–10 minutes.
Where will your staff meet me at the airport?
For arrivals: at the aircraft exit, before the immigration counter, holding a sign with your name. For departures: meet our staff at the airport entrance or check-in counter 2 hours before your flight — final meeting instructions are sent once your booking is confirmed, closer to your date.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
Just four things: a photo of your passport, your visa (if your nationality requires one), your WhatsApp number, and a photo of your flight ticket or booking confirmation.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better. We offer a pay-by-cash option at the airport, so booking far in advance costs you nothing upfront — and you can cancel before the service date, so there is no risk. During peak season (December–February and the Tet holiday), book at least 3–5 days ahead. Last-minute? Still message us — we often can arrange it.
Can you help with visa on arrival?
Yes — and this is where fast track saves the most time. Our staff assists you at the visa-on-arrival counter first, then escorts you through the priority immigration lane.
Does fast track include a hotel transfer?
With our VVIP package, yes — a private car transfer to your hotel or residence is included on arrival, and private car pick-up from your hotel on departure. VIP includes luggage assistance and an escort to the exit or pick-up area. A private car can also be arranged as an add-on for any tier.
How do I book fast track?
Fast track is currently booked directly through WhatsApp. Message us at +84 901 006 844 with your flight number and the documents above, and we will confirm your booking.
