The food tour was fantastic. I thought it would be a simple food tour, but it turned out to be so much more than that. The girls gave us a lesson on local customs, in addition to the adventure of riding a motorbike through totally chaotic traffic. As I’m not used to riding motorbikes, I was a little apprehensive at first, but Vivian, my guide, was exceptional. She explained how to get on the bike and how to behave during the ride, and she was also an excellent driver, which made me feel much more relaxed. Vivian also explained every detail about the food and local customs, as well as answering many of my questions and curiosities. As for the food, they introduced us to a variety of street food options — delicious and surprising! On my own, I certainly wouldn’t have ventured out to try them. This tour is absolutely worth it for anyone who truly wants to live deeper into Vietnamese culture and gastronomy. Certainly, if I ever return to Vietnam, I would definitely do it again.
