Central Vietnam Food, Not a Tourist Menu
The Kiss Da Nang Food Tour is a 4-hour motorbike ride to the food stalls and family-run spots Da Nang locals actually eat at — led by our áo dài lady riders, with every dish and drink in the program already paid for.
Central Vietnamese cooking is its own world: bolder, spicier and more seafood-driven than Hanoi or Saigon. Most visitors never get past the beachfront restaurants. We take you across the river instead, to the neighborhoods where the fish noodle pots have been simmering at the same corner for decades.
What You Will Eat
- Bánh canh cá nục — thick noodle soup with mackerel, a Central Vietnam specialty and the dish our guides argue about the most (everyone has a favorite stall);
- Spring rolls, several ways — including nem nướng, grilled pork rolled fresh at the table;
- Seafood and sea snails with local beer — grilled to order and eaten at low plastic tables, the way it should be;
- Chè — Vietnam’s sweet dessert soup, the proper way to end a food night.
Between the food stops you ride across Tran Thi Ly Bridge, Han River Bridge and Dragon Bridge, pause at a riverside park for stories about the city, and cruise along the beach road to let dinner settle. You pay nothing extra on the tour.

Vegetarian, Allergies, Picky Eaters — Tell Us First
Every stop can be adjusted. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, no-seafood, mild-spice — write it in your booking note and the route quietly changes around you. Guests who skip seafood get alternative dishes, not smaller portions.
Who is this tour for? Anyone hungry and curious: solo travelers, couples, families with kids, and travelers who just landed and want the fastest introduction to the city. Already doing our By Night tour? Expect different stops — the two routes are designed not to overlap.
