First of all, a huge thank you to Nhi for handling issues I experienced and finding a solution immediately. She was incredibly kind, responsive and solution-oriented, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

I had my tour with Katie, and she was amazing, very funny, full of energy and easy to talk to. We ended up chatting about almost everything, which made whole experience feel much more personal and enjoyable.

Overall, organization was great, everything was well planned, and team made sure we had a memorable experience.
