Great tour. I would recommend it to everyone: friends, enemies, family, colleagues, former lovers, and casual acquaintances. Anyone with an interest in Vietnamese food will benefit from this tour. My guide, Lucy, was delightful. She not only introduced me to new dishes, she explained how cuisine reflects and informs Vietnamese culture.
