You ask, KissTour answer
- 1.Why does the company has the name KissTour?KissTour, formerly Saigon Kiss Tours, has rebranded while staying true to its essence. The name "Saigon Kiss" playfully refers to a burn on the thigh from a hot motorbike exhaust - a mark that our founder proudly carries. Many Vietnamese people have a "Kiss" too! This story connects us to many Vietnamese who share the same experience.
- 2.Why is your team an all lady drivers team? Do you have boy drivers? Our team is an all-lady drivers' team as part of our commitment to empowering local women and providing them with sustainable job opportunities. Currently, we do not have male drivers. If there are any guests that weigh more than 100 kgs or 220 pounds, we will arrange suitable drivers for them. We’ve been hosting a lot of heavy and tall guests and we know how it goes.
- 3.Can we kiss your lady drivers? As part of ensuring a comfortable and respectful working environment for our team and clients, we request that guests refrain from inappropriate physical contact with our tour guides. To maintain this commitment, we retain the right to refuse any booking requests if we suspect any intentions that are inconsistent with our mission and values. Before the tour starts, male guests are instructed to put their hands on the back of the scooters for a smooth ride.
- 4.What sets KissTour apart from other motorbike tours in Ho Chi Minh City? It's our commitment to providing you with a seamless and enlightening experience through our meticulously recruited and well-trained tour guides. Unlike other tours advertised as 'local students tours from English class', our guides are not amateurs. They are professionals experienced in guiding and driving, ensuring your safety while imbuing your journey with real insights about the city.We take great pride in our lady tour guides who are fluent English speakers, not just learning the language. Before they join our team, they go through a rigorous interview process to ensure they can provide the highest quality service and communicate effectively. So, when you choose KissTour, you're choosing professional, well-informed guides who can take you deeper into the authentic local experience with a friendly communication style.
- 5.Are there any restrictions or limits for the number of guests to book?We aim to keep our tour group sizes small for a personalized experience. You have the option to choose a private tour or join a group to meet other guests on tour (normally under 12 guests). However, we can cater to larger bookings upon request. Feel free to let us know.
- 6.What happens if it rains?Yes, our tours are conducted in all seasons. If it rains or the weather turns, we take necessary measures to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. Our guides always prepare rain ponchos for all guests in case of rain and we often drive slowly in this case.Rain in Saigon is often unpredictable, often surprising us with sudden downpours that vanish as swiftly as they arrived. This short-lived, unexpected rain lends an enchanting allure to our tours. As it cascades down, it cleanses the city, leaving behind a sparkling tableau that is sure to captivate. Armed with rain ponchos and a spirit of adventure, exploring the glistening, rain-kissed streets of Saigon becomes an unsurpassed experience. Thus, what may seem a disruption, adds an unexpected charm to your journey, making your tour intriguing and uniquely memorable. Just because there is a little rain, we suggest you not to waste a morning, afternoon or evening just staying inside the hotel. Come with us and have some fun with Saigon rain.
- 7.Are our belongings safe during the tour?We want you to enjoy your tour without any worries. So, we suggest you don't wear expensive jewelry or anything that shines too much. It's safer and you can relax more. Big cameras can be hard to carry around, especially in the rain. They can also slow us down during the tour. So, if you want to take pictures, it might be easier to use a small camera or your phone instead. That way, you can focus on having fun and seeing the sights.
- 8.Are the tours beginner-friendly?Yes, our tours are beginner-friendly and most of our guests are the first time on motorbikes when they come to us. No previous riding experience is needed.
