I was skeptical about Vietnamese cuisine and unsure what to try as a picky eater. Ms. Fidelia was passionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly thoughtful (always making sure i stay safe). Her clear explanations and friendly nature made it feel like exploring the city with a local friend. Usually, i like to explore solo, but very glad to have joined this tour as it was the highlight of my trip.
