How the timing really works (worth 20 seconds)
“4 hours” means 4 Vietnam working hours, not 4 clock hours. The clock runs Mon–Fri 08:00–11:30 & 13:30–17:00 (GMT+7) and starts once your application and payment are complete — not when you message us. Submit at 23:38 and it starts the next working morning. We never promise a guaranteed time; we give you a straight answer for your exact flight. All times are Vietnam time (GMT+7) — if you’re on GMT+2, noon in Vietnam is 07:00 for you.
