I highly recommend Kiss tours. Our guides were excellent and so much fun and this was definitely a highlight of our trip to Ho Chi Minh City. There was a very organised itinerary, where we got to try a variety of Vietnamese food, as well as being taught about Vietnamese culture at the same time.
