At 78 and 77 years of age one would think that my wife and I would be unlikely candidates for this tour but we certainly were, having ridden scooters for many years across Asia so we booked.And right on time two shiny modern Moto’s turned up at our hotel with two very enthusiastic young ladies in very smart blue Ao Dao’s at the helm’s Bell and Vanilla gave us a short safety briefing and off we went. Such small young ladies expertly guiding their Moto’s. Through the evening HCMC traffic which was very heavy but not once did we ever feel at risk. These girls were on the ball.During our three plus hours we ate at three traditional food establishments and learnt so much. In addition to being very pleasant people our guides were just overflowing with great information.But there was more. We had a visit to the spectacular flower market and the trip was finalized with a trip under the Saigon River and to a really good viewing point looking back on Saigon.Our guides other than being well informed and enthusiastic were so proud of the accomplishments of their country and so they should be. HCMC is a delight as is it people.We fully recommend this tour for all ages.
