Do You Even Need Fast Track at Da Nang?
Honest answer: Da Nang is smaller and calmer than Tan Son Nhat or Noi Bai, and an off-peak arrival is easy to manage on your own. Airport assistance earns its money at DAD in specific situations:
- Summer beach season (May–August), when domestic and Korean, Chinese, and Taiwanese international traffic peaks together.
- Evening arrival banks, when several regional flights land within 30 minutes.
- Visa on arrival, which means a second counter to find regardless of season.
- Families with children after a long travel day, or travelers with early Hoi An dinner plans — the town is 40 minutes away.
If you land at 2 PM on a Wednesday in October with an approved e-visa, save the money and spend it on cao lau in Hoi An. We would rather you book fast track only when it genuinely helps.
