Airport assistance at Tan Son Nhat (SGN) means you do not cross the terminal alone. We register your flight and passenger details with the airport before you fly, so on the day a KissTour host meets you in the arrival hall and takes you into the airport’s fast-track line instead of the general queue. You still clear immigration yourself — your host waits on the other side; VIP and VVIP add luggage help and an escort out to your car. Prices start at $30 USD per person for arrival.

How Long Are Immigration Lines at Tan Son Nhat?
Tan Son Nhat is Vietnam’s busiest airport, handling more than 40 million passengers a year. As of mid-2026, this is what travelers typically face at international arrivals:
| Situation | Typical wait |
|---|---|
| Off-peak (Tuesday–Wednesday, mid-day) | 15–30 minutes |
| Regular hours | 30–45 minutes |
| Peak (6–9 AM, 8 PM–1 AM, Fri/Sun, holidays) | 45–90 minutes |
| Peak + visa-on-arrival counter | 60–120 minutes |
Several long-haul flights from Dubai, Doha, Seoul, and Taipei land within the same early-morning window. When two or three wide-body aircraft arrive together, the immigration hall fills up in minutes.
One important 2026 update: the new Terminal 3 opened for domestic flights, which eased overall congestion. International flights still use Terminal 2, and international immigration queues remain long at peak hours.
How Fast Track at SGN Works
On Arrival
- Meet and greet. Our staff waits in the arrival hall — before the immigration counter — holding a KissTour sign. We send you a photo of the sign the day before, so you know exactly what to look for.
- Fast-track line. Because your flight and passenger details are registered with the airport in advance, your host takes you through the airport’s fast-track line rather than the general queue, and waits for you on the other side.
- Luggage assistance. Included with VIP and VVIP tiers.
- Out the door. On VIP and VVIP we escort you to the exit or pick-up area. VVIP includes a private car transfer straight to your hotel or residence.
On Departure
- Meet our staff at the airport entrance or check-in counter 2 hours before departure — final meeting instructions are sent once your booking is confirmed, closer to your date.
- Your host walks you to the correct counter and waits nearby with your bags.
- VIP and VVIP include bag drop and check-in done with you.
- VVIP includes private car pick-up from your hotel or residence.
On VIP and VVIP your host stays with you from the arrival hall all the way to the arrivals curb.
Tan Son Nhat Airport Fast Track Pricing 2026

What is the difference between tiers? All tiers include the meet and greet and the fast-track line escort. VIP adds luggage assistance on arrival and bag drop plus check-in help on departure. VVIP adds a private car transfer to or from your hotel.
Is Fast Track at Tan Son Nhat Legal?
Yes. KissTour runs tours and airport assistance at Tan Son Nhat. We register your flight and passenger details with the airport before you fly, and your host meets you in the arrival hall holding a KissTour sign to take you into the airport’s fast-track line instead of the back of the general queue. You still clear immigration yourself, with the same passport, the same officer and the same checks as everyone else — immigration decisions always rest with the officers on duty. Luggage help and an escort out to your car come with VIP and VVIP. KissTour has operated in Vietnam since 2017 and welcomed guests from more than 85 countries.
When Fast Track Is Worth It — and When It Is Not
Worth it if you:
- Land between 8 PM and 1 AM or 6–9 AM, when queues peak
- Travel with young children or elderly family members
- Have a tight connection or an early hotel checkout to catch
- Need a visa on arrival stamped, which means a second counter to find
- Arrive after a 10+ hour flight and simply want to get to your hotel
Probably not worth it if you: land mid-day on a Tuesday or Wednesday with an e-visa already approved and carry-on only. In that case the regular queue may take you 20 minutes, and you can put the $30 USD toward a food tour instead. We would rather tell you that honestly than sell you a service you do not need.

FAQ
Where exactly will the staff meet me at Tan Son Nhat?
For arrivals, in the arrival hall — before the immigration counter — holding a KissTour sign. For departures, meet our staff at the airport entrance or check-in counter 2 hours before your flight; final meeting instructions are sent once your booking is confirmed.
Does fast track skip immigration?
No — you still clear immigration yourself, with the same passport, the same officer and the same checks. What changes is the channel you get there through: because we register your details with the airport before you fly, your host takes you to the fast-track line instead of the back of the general queue — and stays with you while you do it. Luggage help and an escort out to your car come with VIP and VVIP.
Does fast track include a hotel transfer?
Not by default, but we can arrange a private car as an add-on. Mention it when you book.
Can I book fast track the day before I fly?
Yes. We accept bookings up to a few hours before landing, subject to staff availability. For peak season (December–February, Tet holiday), book at least 2–3 days ahead.
Can you help with visa on arrival?
Your visa is yours to arrange on the government portal. If you need a visa on arrival, your host stays with you, points you to the right counter and waits nearby while you complete it. For an e-visa, apply at evisa.gov.vn — the government fee is the only cost.
Which airports does KissTour cover besides SGN?
Hanoi (HAN), Da Nang (DAD), and Phu Quoc (PQC), with the same service tiers.
KissTour has operated tours and airport services in Ho Chi Minh City since 2017, with more than 5,200 five-star reviews. If your trip starts at Tan Son Nhat, it can also start with us. Related reading: Vietnam Entry Requirements 2026.
