Vietnam Fast Track for Families, Seniors & Business Travelers (2026)

Vietnam fast track for families, seniors and business travelers is the same airport hospitality service…

Vietnam fast track for families, seniors and business travelers is the same airport hospitality service used three different ways: a host shows tired parents where to go, walks at an older traveler’s pace, and keeps a business flyer moving between terminals. It starts at $30 USD per passport at SGN, HAN, DAD and PQC. What it is not: we do not process visas or any part of your entry, and we have no influence over immigration decisions — you clear immigration yourself, with the same passport and the same checks. What we do arrange is the channel: because your flight and passenger details go to the airport before you fly, your host takes you through the fast-track line instead of the general queue.

Vietnam fast track for families is the request we see most often on WhatsApp — usually from a parent landing at 11:00 PM with two children and a stroller. This guide explains how the service works for families, for older travelers and for business trips, what each tier costs in 2026, and — honestly — when you do not need it at all.

How Does Vietnam Fast Track for Families, Seniors and Business Travelers Work?

Fast track is a paid hospitality service. We register your flight and passenger details with the airport in advance; on the day, a staff member meets you in the arrival hall, before immigration, holding a KissTour sign and takes you into the airport’s fast-track line rather than the general queue, so you are not reading signs in a strange building at the end of a long flight.

On departure it works in reverse: you meet our staff at the airport entrance or check-in counter 2 hours before your flight, and they carry your bags and walk you through check-in and on to your gate. VIP and VVIP tiers add porter-style luggage assistance; VVIP includes a private car between the airport and your hotel. The service runs at four airports: Tan Son Nhat (SGN), Noi Bai (HAN), Da Nang (DAD) and Phu Quoc (PQC). For the full background, start with our fast track service in Vietnam guide.

Why Do Families With Kids Book Fast Track?

Travellers with luggage at airport counters in Vietnam, where a KissTour host meets arriving families

Families book fast track because arrival is the hardest moment of the trip with children: an unfamiliar terminal, long walks, bags to manage and a toddler who has had enough, often close to midnight. A pattern we keep hearing from mid-2026 arrivals: parents get separated in the arrival hall because one adult steps out with a child for the bathroom. A host who is with you from the arrival hall keeps the group together and knows which way to walk.

Three things matter most for parents. First, children under 11 pay 75% of the adult rate, so a family of four does not pay four full fares. Second, the host finds you in the arrival hall, so there is no dragging kids through a crowded hall looking for the right counter. Third, VIP and VVIP include luggage help, which is worth a lot when one parent is carrying a sleeping child, and VVIP adds a private car straight to your hotel.

“The hardest moment for parents is right after a red-eye — the kids are done and nobody knows which way to walk,” says Ngân, one of our airport hosts at Tan Son Nhat. “We meet them in the arrival hall, take the bags and walk them to the counter.”

Does Fast Track Help Seniors and Travelers Who Walk Slowly?

Yes — a host removes the two hardest parts of a Vietnamese airport: the long walks with luggage, and the confusing signage.

Your host walks at your pace, handles the where-do-I-go questions in Vietnamese, can arrange a trolley, a wheelchair or an electric cart so there is far less walking. VIP and VVIP add porter-style luggage help, and VVIP includes a private car door to door. If you use the airline’s wheelchair service, our host works alongside it — just tell us when you book so we coordinate in the arrival hall.

What Do Business Travelers Use Fast Track For?

Business travelers mostly book fast track to protect connections and meeting times, not for comfort.

If you land in Vietnam and connect to a domestic flight, the arrival + connecting option is built for exactly that: Standard is $49 USD at SGN and DAD ($59 USD at HAN), VIP is $55 USD at SGN and DAD ($65 USD at HAN). Send us your flight number and we track delays. Your host walks you between terminals and gets you to the right check-in desk — the difference between a calm coffee and a sprint through a building you have never seen.

How Much Does Fast Track Cost in 2026?

Fast track is priced per passport (per person), not per group, and starts at $30 USD.

Tier Arrival (per person) Departure (per person)
Standard $30 USD · $38 USD at PQC $45 USD · $53 USD at PQC
VIP $45 USD · $53 USD at PQC $55 USD · $63 USD at PQC
VVIP (with private car) $60 USD $75 USD · $83 USD at PQC

Useful extras: children under 11 pay 75% of the adult rate. Night flights (8:00 PM–6:00 AM) add $8 USD per route. Booking arrival + departure together takes 10% off the departure price. Groups of 5–9 people get 5% off, and 10 or more get 10% off. For a sense of how busy each airport gets, see our guide to Vietnam airport arrival times — those are general-queue conditions. What fast track changes is the channel you go through, not how long an officer takes.

When Do You Not Need Fast Track?

Skip fast track if you land mid-morning on a weekday, travel light, and nobody in your group struggles with long walks or standing.

With a printed e-visa, carry-on only and an off-peak arrival, a Vietnamese airport is easy enough to walk on your own — and that money buys a very good dinner instead. We wrote an honest breakdown in Is airport fast track in Vietnam worth it?

How Do You Book Fast Track?

Booking takes four things, sent by WhatsApp: a photo of your passport, your visa (if you need one), your WhatsApp number, and a photo of your flight ticket.

You can pay cash at the airport — book now, pay later. If your flight is delayed, we monitor it and your greeter waits. If plans change and you message us in advance, cancelling is free. Book online at kisstour.com/book-fast-track or message us directly.

Vietnam Fast Track for Families: FAQ

Do children pay full price for fast track?

No. Children under 11 pay 75% of the adult rate at all four airports. For infants, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm pricing for your situation.

Can one greeter handle a family of five?

Yes. One greeter escorts your whole group together, and groups of 5–9 people get 5% off (10% off from 10 people).

Does fast track work for late-night arrivals?

Yes, the service runs around the clock. Flights between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM add $8 USD per route.

Is fast track an official government service?

No. KissTour is a private hospitality company, and we have no influence over immigration decisions or how long an officer takes. You clear the same immigration and customs checks as every other passenger, with the same passport. What changes is the channel you get there through: we register your flight and passenger details with the airport before you fly, so your host takes you to the fast-track line instead of the back of the general queue, and stays with you while you do it. Luggage help and an escort out to your car come with VIP and VVIP.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number and adjust. Your greeter waits, and there is no fee for delays.
